ParkingAmple parking is available, but you should allow extra time to drop off passengers and equipment in front of the station, park your car and board the train. Self-service, all-day parking costs approximately $10 and varies with each privately managed lot. Advanced cash payment is required in most circumstances, and exact change is helpful.

Activity TicketsActivities
at Winter Park Resort include the Alpine Slide, human maze, climbing wall,
miniature golf, or a chairlift ride to the top of the mountain. Single
activity tickets can be purchased onboard the train the day of
your trip. Extensive mountain bike or hiking trails are also available
at the resort. For information on bike activities and rentals, call
RemindersTicketed passengers arriving at Union Station may proceed directly through the underground walkway and onto the train. There is no need to check in at the ticket desk. Car and reserved seat numbers are printed on every ticket. Storage racks are located in every car, and our friendly car hosts are happy to assist you. Bicycles have their own special car located at the front of the train. Due to storage limitations, no large carry-on coolers, please. For your comfort and convenience, all cars on the Ski Train are non-smoking.
If you will require boarding assistance, please contact our reservation center in advance to make arrangements. When planning your Ski Train trip, please keep in mind that the Winter Park base is at an elevation of 9,000 feet. Passengers should be in good health. To fully participate, passengers must be able to climb a few steps, and walk on even and uneven terrain. The weather can change rapidly in the mountains, so be sure to prepare and dress accordingly.
Food and refreshments are sold in our cafe/lounge cars and snack bars throughout the train. Beer and wine may be purchased on the return trip. Colorado state liquor laws prohibit passengers from consuming liquor not purchased on board.
