event! The Ski Train is great for
entertaining clients in style, or rewarding employees in a way they will never
forget. Groups of 12 or more can
participate in the program.
Group Rates
Coach
$39
For
groups on summer trips confirming 12 or more seats.
The Ski Train Coach Service can accommodate a group size of 12 to 612. If you
want your group to have their “own car”, we have coaches which accommodate 62
or 74 passengers. Each car is equipped with reclining seats, and is
conveniently located near all on-board amenities. It is perfect for corporate,
church, school and others to plan a group excursion.
Club
$74
For groups on our
summer trips confirming 12 or more seats. Club cars hold a
maximum of 38 passengers per car.

Club seating is limited and
sells out quickly. We strongly recommend making advanced
reservations. |

The
Ski Train’s three Club Cars hold 38 passengers each. Catering by Design is
contracted to provide all the food and beverage service aboard
the Ski Train. Please contact Renee Brown directly at
303-762-7307 for any special catering needs for your group. Many groups
find that the Club Car atmosphere is the perfect way to entertain clients. What better way to have a captive audience, while mixing
business with pleasure. In order to have a presentation, a
group must reserve an entire Club Car. |

The
Ski Train has totally refurbished a train car like no other.
Specifically designed for informal business or social
gatherings, the car will accommodate up to 50 passengers.
The car offers a staffed bar, reclining seats, couches and
cocktail tables. Guests can gather while they enjoy a
continental breakfast buffet on the way up to the mountain and
afternoon snacks on the return trip.
The car
is equipped with an elevated podium, microphone with speakers,
and a laptop-ready AV system, including a flat screen monitor.
Beer, wine and margaritas are available for purchase on the
return. |

Reservations
The Ski Train is the perfect way to entertain
clients, employees, and family members. We recommend making advanced
reservations to prevent disappointment.

You may reserve your group at any time and full payment is
required 30 days prior to your trip.

Catering
by Design is the official catering company for the Ski
Train. Whether you are interested in
catering for your group in coach with breakfast & snacks, or
upgrading the Club Car menu with quiche, shrimp cocktails, or an open bar,
they can arrange it. Courteous and knowledgeable coordinators will be happy
to help you with any food and beverage needs you may have. Contact

Charters
The
Ski Train also offers various charter services. Having a convention in Denver?
Charter the entire Ski Train for a unique getaway to Winter Park. You
can also charter our 3 Private Luxury Cars on the back of the Ski Train, or for
a special event at Union Station.
We
have 9 Coach cars (some with snack bar), 2 cafe/lounge cars, and 3 Club Cars with their own bar. The Ski Train can accommodate an average of
700 passengers - 532 Coach seats, 50 in the Presentation Retreat Car and 114 Club Car seats. Special advance arrangements are required to
charter the Ski Train for special excursions.
Luxury Private Railcars
You may have entertained friends or associates in
private rooms at sporting events or in boxes at the theater. Transform that ambience into a more moving
experience with an unforgettable trip through the Rockies on a private luxury
railcar. In a tradition once enjoyed
only by a privileged few, your group can now charter our luxury railcars, ideal
for business entertainment, social gatherings, and family celebrations. For a unique and memorable experience, treat
your guests to a relaxing trip on our private luxury railcar. You’ll experience
a new definition of “getting away from it all”; on an ultimate trip you’ll
never forget!
Three
luxury cars are uniquely tailored for group entertaining. All
three cars must be charted for a Ski Train excursion, and hold up to 70 people.

The Utah – Feel festive – not frazzled – during your
mountain passage. Aboard the Utah,
plush and abundant seating make for a relaxed, sociable setting. Friends share the day’s adventures amid
Orient Express-style decor. With a
fully equipped kitchen, and experienced staff, your request is our
pleasure. The Utah offers a
treat for both eye and palate. |

The Kansas – On the rear observation platform of the Kansas,
fresh Colorado breezes and grand scenery welcome you into the Rockies. Indoors, the Kansas offers all the
comforts of home. Groups gather in
the living room, complete with comfortable chairs and a sofa, or enjoy meals
in the separate dining room. There’s no place
like the Kansas for an intimate gathering. |

The California
(Winter only) – Lose yourself in the grandeur of the great outdoors,
or celebrate the day with champagne upon your twilight return into the
city. Such are the pleasures of the California. In the upper deck Vista Dome, passengers
confer over cups of coffee and devour an early morning breakfast – all under
a Majestic Rocky Mountain sky. The California
also has 8 comfortable bedroom compartments. |
