available on board the train; however, we do not have a walk up store
front at the station.
For information on whether an item is in stock or back ordered, please

Payment Methods
Ski Train accepts payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, Diners, and Discover). To pay by check or money
order, proceed with the online order process, and print the order form
from your browser before you continue with the credit card payment
options. Mail us your merchandise request and send it along with your

Refund Policy
No refunds or exchanges. Damaged or defective goods will be
replaced with items of equal value once item returned and within 30 days of
original order.
Tax and Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are included in the item pricing. Items are
usually sent using the United States Postal Service. If a
special circumstance occurs, including large orders, shipping outside the 48
continental United States, or an alternate shipping service, you will
be contacted by a representative for shipping fees and details.
