Group Guidelines

 

Advise the Ski Train reservation office of your group name if different from invoice information
Direct attendees to SkiTrain.com for information on Trip Tips, Non-Ski Activities, and Winter Park Resort information
Use the Ticket Record Sheet as your documentation for car and seat assignments
Distribute tickets in advance to provide your guests quick and easy access to the train.
Group leader or representative should arrive by 6:30 AM to be available for your guests.
Catering by Design is the exclusive catering company supplying all food and beverage service on board the Ski Train.  Please contact them directly at 303.781.5335 for any special catering needs for your group.  Ski Train policy prohibits the use of outside catering companies or self-catering for your group.  Colorado State Liquor Laws prohibits you from consuming your own alcoholic beverages on board the train (please make all attendees aware of these policies).
Presentation Retreat Car Groups – A laptop-ready AV system and 32” flat screen monitor are provided for your music or presentation needs.  Please bring any connection cables you may need.
Club Car Groups – If you are planning a presentation, please call the Ski Train reservations office prior to your trip for suggestions.
   
   

Please remember the Ski Train has assigned seating and there may be other guests with reserved seats in your car.  Be sure to distribute the tickets to your guests prior to boarding the train.

 

Boarding begins at 6:30 AM.  The Ski Train departs Union Station promptly at 7:15 AM and departs Winter Park Resort promptly at 4:15 PM.
